She has been an attorney for more than 25 years, including 15 years at one of the world’s largest law firms. She developed and refined these templates based on everything she learned from all of those client representations and every contract she worked on. Each template comes with both an editable .docx file as well as a PDF file. Why do we give you a PDF too? Because each template includes notes and tips in the margins and we don’t want you to accidentally lose them when you edit the .docx file. We want you to be able to use them for years!
